Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 16 August 2025

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Shonababu Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following:

1. Enrollment

After you submit your affiliate application, we will review and notify you if you are accepted into the program. We may reject applications for any reason, including websites or content that are inappropriate or do not align with Sholababu’s values.

2. Affiliate Links & Promotion

  • You will be provided with a unique referral link or code.
  • You may place affiliate links on your website, blog, social media, or email (if compliant with anti-spam laws).
  • Prohibited: Paid ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) using Sholababu's brand name or trademarks.
  • No false, misleading, or unethical marketing practices are allowed.

3. Commissions

  • You will earn 15–20% commission on qualifying sales (based on program tier).
  • A qualifying sale occurs when a customer makes a purchase on shonababu.store through your referral link.
  • Self-referrals or fraudulent purchases are strictly prohibited and will not earn commissions.

4. Payments

  • Payouts are made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD.
  • If you do not reach the threshold, your balance will carry over to the next month.

5. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement will begin upon approval of your application and remain in effect until terminated.
  • Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time with written notice.
  • Violating program rules may result in immediate termination and loss of unpaid commissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shonababu is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or issues beyond our control such as tracking errors or third-party failures.

7. Modification

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email of significant changes.
